Une soupe équilibrée, un plat à elle toute seule :-)
Douce et cremeuse elle est mhhhhmmm délicieuse (et facile à faire!!)
Il vous faut (pour 4 bons mangeurs):
- 500gr de brocolis
- 1 pomme de terre moyenne
- 1/2 oignon
- 2 cuillères de crème fraiche
- 70g de fromabe "bleu" type roquefort ou bleu de bresse
- un peu de bouillon (heu... un cube hein!?)
- 2 tranches de bon jambon blanc émincé
- 1 cuillère à soupe de graines de sésame
- 2 poignées de petites pâtes (bébé farfalles ici)
Mettez les bouquets de brocolis et les pommes de terre et l'oignon coupés en morceaux dans une casserole, mettre de l'eau à hauteur des légumes (qu'il y en est juste assez pour les recouvrir), mettre le cube de bouillon, porter à ébullition.
Au bout de 15/20 min, c'est cuit (tester avec un couteau si nécessaire)
Ajouter le fromage, la crème, mixer le tout.
Rectifier l'assaisonnement.
Remettre sur le feu (le gaz, les plaques....) le temps de faire cuire les petites pâtes.
Pendant ce temps, émincer le jambon.
Servir bien chaud, en parsemant du jambon et des graines de sésame.

Je choisis plutôt une version sans jambon je n'en raffole pas mais par contre le mélange des brocolis et du bleu ça doit être vraiment délicieux :-)
